Client Experience Manager Vox Mobile

Vox Mobile is currently seeking a Client Experience Manager for our Independence office. This position will center their day on meeting the needs of Vox Mobile?s existing clients. The primary focus will be on developing and maintaining already established relationships with our clients. The candidate applying for this position must have the skills to analyze work flow, evaluate systems and formulate plans based upon the client?s requirements. Recommendations of strategies and communicating the desires of our clients to other members of Vox Mobile to ensure the understanding of the client?s challenges and goals will be a primary responsibility of the Client Experience Manager.
?Work with the Executive team, Client Experience Management team, & other departments to assist with client proposals, monthly/quarterly presentations and reports.
?Monitor Support Center performance to make optimization recommendations across all of our service offerings.
?Monitor Support Center performance to create awareness around escalations, aging incidents, and volume fluctuations.
?Ownership of client inquiries, problems & escalations as well as follow-up.
?Ownership of VIP client experiences.
?Coordinate with Support Center Leadership Team within our Support Center to prioritize incident follow-up & escalation actions.
?Assess client risks via reporting & client feedback.
?Schedule and lead client meetings on a monthly or quarterly basis.
?Develop and maintain relationships with carrier (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, etc.) contacts.
?Developing & training Vox Staff on client specific requirements.
?Updating of Client policies and procedures as needed.
?4 year accredited degree or combination of formal training and experience
?2-4 years experience in account management
?Telecommunications/Mobility industry background
?Knowledgeable of mobile devices and new technologies
?Proven record of client satisfaction
?Experienced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products
?Ability to travel to client locations based on client need
?Ability to monitor email and be accessible to their clients should issues arise
