ATTASK CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM MANAGER (CIPM)
AtTask, Inc., the leading provider of work management software, has an opening for a Client Implementation Program Manager in the Global Consulting Services organization.
The CIPM is primarily responsibility for planning and managing large, enterprise-wide process optimization and AtTask implementation projects to ensure long-term customer success.
To be successful in this position, the candidate will work effectively with cross-functional teams within AtTask as well as within the client organization to ensure all project team members are collaborating successfully on project-related activities.
The candidate must be proactive, results oriented, and business focused with strong leadership skills and the ability to guide customers to achieving full adoption and business value with their AtTask Solution. Other desirable attributes include strong planning, workflow, process and problem-solving expertise; strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities and a penchant for multi-tasking.
Ensure adherence to customer Master Software License and Services Agreement (MSLSA) and statement of work (SOW).
Ensure all client queries are handled quickly and appropriate.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders as well as AtTask account team to ensure strong support for project objectives and for issue resolution.
May provide support to other program managers on larger enterprise accounts.
May provide program/project management support for large internal AtTask initiatives from time to time.
Develop detailed project plans and manage to the milestones of the plans
Serve as the customer?s business advisor, project leader and AtTask mentor
Look for opportunities to expand adoption of AtTask beyond the initial implementation to solve as-yet identified client problems, ultimately increasing the business value AtTask provides to the customer.
Ensure customer knows where to obtain additional assistance from AtTask when needed.
Coordinate transitions from sales to implementation and to post-implementation support.
Share knowledge about the customer?s implementation with colleagues in other departments who will likely interact with the customer in the future (e.g. Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, Executives)
Proactively participate in the continuous improvement of the AtTask Implementation Methodology (e.g. templates, best practices, certification programs), and internal processes.

Bachelors Degree or proven extensive experience required.
Minimum of 5 years project/program management experience.
Minimum of 3 years consulting / customer success experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize team activities.
Ability to develop and deliver creative business solutions for complex problems
Ability to ?challenge? existing process models and methodologies as necessary
PMI certification (or equivalent).
Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementations for at least 5 projects. (Customer references may be required as part of the interview process)
Must be willing to travel 50% - 75% (home on weekends)
Candidates residing in NY / NJ / CT area preferred
