Customer retention and satisfaction by providing excelletn customer service to ensure successful product implementations.
Responsible for assigned territory's client book of business, and promoting growth through upsell opportunities and renewal sales.
Provide product introduction and demonstration. Explain product offerings and features/benefits to increase add-on sales and renewal sales.
Work with Regional Account Manangers (RAM's) to successfully on-board new customers and renewal customers.
Act as the primary contact for customer questions and issues.
Assist Regional Account Managers by generating quotes, building large proposals, managing shipment and collateral fulfillment.
Provide support to sales campaigns.
Maintain an accurate sales databae (Oracle E-Business) with accurate notes and opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service. Previous tele-sales or inside sales preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Oracle preferred.
Willingness to travel on occasion.
