We are seeking a Client Manager to join our Sales and Client Services department to help further our growth in the immigration market. This position requires high enthusiasm, strong sales skills in order to drive new revenue through referrals, extend business through client acquisitions and new locations, and increase product variety within existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in B2B sales, customer support, and have the ability to provide a consultative solution based on client?s immigration needs.
Our clients consist primarily of global corporations with decision-makers being human resources professionals and in-house legal departments. Some examples are American Airlines, Dow Jones, and the Chicago Blackhawks.
3-5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Experience building relationships with C-Level and/or Human Resources Executives
Experience and excellent track record of managing and supporting medium to enterprise sized accounts
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using Salesforce.com
Willingness to travel overnight and 10% of the year
Must have a valid driver?s license
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide extremely detailed online product demonstrations and sales presentations
Onboard new clients with precision in conjunction with VISANOW Corporate Account Executives and accurately set their expectations
Develop a thorough knowledge of VISANOW products and procedures
Deliver presentations including proposals to customers and business reviews to management
Identify, respond, and solve business issues, small and large, urgent and non-urgent for customers and provide win-win solutions
Maintain account files, report documentation and proposals/bids using the Salesforce.com system
Achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Goals & Targets

Base salary starts at $40K + bonus structure; total annual compensation is $50K to $55K
