Client Manager - Telecom Expense Management Services

The Client Manager (CM) is responsible for overall delivery to customers including timely telecom invoice analysis, validation, approval, and reporting for Rivermine managed services customers. The CM will oversee a variety of complex invoice analysis and dispute management activities. The CM will also support customer implementation acceptance for invoice analysis and cost coding requirements. Responsibilities will be executed for one or more concurrent customers based on workload. The CM will report to the Managed Services Operations Manager.


Key Responsibilities

?Support invoice analysis activities for complex Telecom Expense Management environments
?Validate pre-analysis results ensuring inventory activity reconciles to invoicing
?Identify and Communicate process issues to customer in a timely manner
?Communicate audit results to include Invoice Rate analysis of local, LD and data services
?Present status reports and findings to customers based on service level
?Meet/exceed customer satisfaction objectives while maintaining profitability
?Configure application invoice and line item exception filters within expense management application
?Oversee invoice loading and approval to ensure SLA compliance

Qualifications:

Education: College degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Skills and Experience:

?5+ years of telecom expense management invoice analysis and auditing.
?Enterprise business processes for managing telecom services including invoice processing/approvals, service ordering and contract management.
?Enterprise finance processes for IT management including cost allocation and charge-backs
?Expertise in local, voice, data and/or wireless services
?Strong client relation skills
?Strong communications skills
?Strong telecom billing knowledge
?Proven track record of billing error recovery
?Ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize/manage workload
?Strong PC skills, i.e. knowledge of Microsoft products
?Team player.
