Client Manager HealthHelp, Inc.

Responsible for building the local team to provide superior service to the plan(s) to insure maximization of profitability, fulfillment of contractual obligations, renewals of current contracts and expand the contract base. Responsible for creating, proposing, and meeting the final approved regional budget for maximization of profitability as well as ensuring compliance with organizational expenditure requirements. Assist with implementing new client contracts. Insures contract compliance and performance guidelines for the plan(s) have been met to achieve savings targets and contract renewal for the region. Perform maintenance marketing of HHs products and skills. Oversight of Educational and Quality Assurance Programs delivered to providers within the region. Identify market potential and sales opportunities within the region for HHI line(s) of business. Creates and preserves a positive and professional relationship with the plan(s) in the region.
