Client Manager Iovation
Position Profile: The Client Manager plays a critical role in providing iovations clients with the best in risk management services. This position optimizes the use of iovations Device Reputation Authority through the training of clients, analysis of activity within a specific clients network and across multiple clients networks, as well as quality interaction with clients and partners.
As a Client Manager, you will work with your assigned clients to:
Develop an intimate knowledge of the clients risk management problems and issues, and assist them in maximizing the value of iovations products.
Develop relationships within clients risk management groups to enhance the perception of iovation as a valuable long term partner.
Collect, analyze and interpret trend and risk data in order to make recommendations or develop solutions that enhance the value of iovation to the clients.
Provide regular reports and analyses to customers about the impact and value of iovations products on their business.
Provide feedback to various groups within iovation that will assist in evolving the products and services, support sales efforts, and enhance client services delivery of services and best practices.
Develop and maintain quality communications with all levels of staff and customers.
Collaborate with others on the development of user manuals, training materials, and other materials as needed.
As required, participate in site visits with clients to help optimize their use of iovations products and fraud management systems.
For success in this role, you will possess:
BA/BS degree in math, statistics, economics, business, finance or liberal arts.
3-5 years of client management experience.
Extra consideration will be given to candidates with the following:
- Fraud Management or Risk Management experience
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
- Experience with iovations product and services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills.
Strong analytical and math skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
Skilled at proactively identifying opportunities and challenges, and developing solutions to address these.
Strong customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills.
Flexibility on working hours in order to accommodate special meeting requests, trainings, demonstrations for clients in different time zones.
Self-starter with a Can Do attitude.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Some travel may be required.
Relocation to Portland headquarters not required.
