Client Partner - NYC Dachis Group
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for managing client relationships. You will work very closely with our senior level clients to advise, strategize, and ensure we are delivering excellent service to meet their needs and grow the account. We are seeking thinkers, communicators and educators of socially smart strategies - someone who can lead client relationships for large scale social business strategy programs and deliver strategically-defined tactical programs. You will work closely with your project teams and take responsibility for directing client engagements including structuring work approach and scope, project management, and deliverable creation and delivery. The perfect candidate is high-energy, business-savvy, and intellectually curious, with a strong interest in social business. You have a background developing holistic strategic plans, but also have experience at the tactical level: defining, building and launching and optimizing programs under management. You will need superior communications skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Experience working with Intel or other leading technology clients is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:
Client Partners advise our clients on a wide range of subjects related to transforming their company into a more connected, social business in order to stay competitive as industry leaders in this rapidly changing environment.
Client Partners are the senior most point of contact on programs and build relationships with executives, working with the Dachis management team to ensure that our strategy and delivery stays on target and recommendations are on point. They play a key role in the business development process as a logical progression of their successful client engagements.
Client Partners lead client relationships and are assigned a core group of clients. They partner closely with DG business development leaders and help drive revenue growth within their existing accounts by developing excellent client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping to secure additional business.
Client Partners direct project teams on strategy, process, culture, and technology, and also oversee the fulfillment of strategic recommendations as they are implemented within client organizations. They are responsible for directing the efforts of consultants, associates, engagement managers, designers, developers, and communications professionals including research, analysis, development, and delivery.
Essential Skills:
- BA required; Master's degree preferred
- Eight + years of work experience in a management consulting capacity or experience developing and managing teams to deliver strategic plans
- Deep expertise in vertical and/or functional subject matter
- Technical delivery experience (social, digital media, systems integration, workforce implementation)
- Client-side experience highly desirable
- Must possess a high degree of professionalism
- Must be able to operate seamlessly within a client environment while managing project teams
- Must have attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and analytical capacity
- Confident in public speaking with senior level executives
- Experience developing ROI frameworks and measurement methods, a business management understanding of statistics
- Knowledge of how social media and online communities function: personal adoption and use of social media, experience participating, managing, or facilitating an online community a plus.
- Positive attitude necessary
- Potential for some business travel required
