Description: About this Position
Client Partners are online strategists who consult with our largest clients to develop innovative, measurable social commerce programs aligned to specific, measurable business objectives. Our clients view them as trusted advisors, able to provide inspirational thought leadership developing online social commerce strategies and enterprise-wide change by leveraging the voice of the customer. It is a proactive and demanding role, requiring strategic planning skills and the ability to deliver value-based messaging to CxO level executives of Fortune 100 clients.

Requirements
The ideal Client Partner has successfully led online social marketing initiatives for Fortune 100 companies, producing high client satisfaction and measurable client ROI. This candidate will have account management or management consulting experience, and meet most or all of the following requirements:

- 10+ years of consulting and/or strategic account management experience
- Proven CxO level relationship building capabilities
- Demonstrated experience with social media marketing, eCommerce, online industry trends, Web 2.0 technologies and online marketing concepts
- Track record of developing services and/or account management leadership
- Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods and web analytics
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and focus on work quality
- Ability to travel 50 and desire to collaborate onsite with our clients




Key Job Responsibilities
CLIENT LEADERSHIP

- Build CxO level relationships to:
o Develop strong customer relationships through proactive communication and regular onsite visits
o Foster an environment with high customer intimacy, sensitivity to business performance, and a high degree of situational awareness for all enterprise clients in their portfolio
- Model behavior and lead teams to:
o Develop client-specific strategies and associated tactics to drive client value from Bazaarvoice solutions
o Identify and document ROI and other success stories resulting from the Bazaarvoice solution
- Manage scalable process to:
o Effectively address client satisfaction, renewal and escalation issues until resolved
o Ensure high customer satisfaction by surveying clients quarterly and making adjustments to increase customer satisfaction based on their feedback
- Manage client and internal project teams to:
o Deliver multiple concurrent social commerce projects against a mutually agreed to account plan

THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
- Continually improve marketing strategies to promote and leverage customer-generated content
- Work closely with the Product Management team to advocate internally for client-requested product functionality
- Maintain current knowledge of social commerce industry, products and partners
o Viewed as a social commerce expert
- Drive adoption of new Bazaarvoice products and features

P&L IMPACT

- Work closely with the Sales team to:
o Identify and assist client up-sell opportunities
o Address renewal or contractual issues
