THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionThe CPC I is responsible for managing the development and implementation process of customer projects, focusing on entry-level, basic Integra products and small projects. This role ensures effective coordination between installation, customer, vendor, LEC and all cross-departmental functions for assigned projects. All CPCs are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, and being the voice of the customer (VOC) within the Integra organization. The CPC should have an in-depth understanding of the customer?s expectations, preferences and aversions with the ability to speak knowledgably to those.
RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Responsible for contributing and working diligently toward meeting the team?s established key performance indicators (KPI?s).
?Schedule internal and external project implementation meetings to include all necessary representatives, as well as the customer and any required outside vendors
?Monitor the installation process from planning through delivery of services.
?Regularly communicate with the customer, achieving internal touch-point targets throughout the ordering and installation process.
?Create status reports on project timelines and report to management as instructed.
?Maintain specific customer commitments and deadlines.
?Serve as a consultant on Integra?s basic product service installation steps and timeline expectations.
?Coordinate all necessary steps associated with assigned customer projects, including ensuring the responsibilities that have been assigned to internal and external customers are completed or escalated as required.
?Ensure necessary site visits and training are completed and any follow-up is addressed appropriately; conduct site visits as needed or required.
?Ensure resolution of problems as they arise.
?Partner with Integra Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and Engineering to evaluate project completion and determine proper transition to Customer Service.
?Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
Works under general supervision both individually and within a team environment. No supervisory responsibility. Performs work in a semi-structured environment. This position may have a significant impact on short and long-term customer satisfaction and a direct impact on future revenues. This position requires technical knowledge and project planning skill sets. Position workload will vary depending on project size, complexity, and market sales demand. Frequent internal contact with all levels of employees; frequent external contact with customers and vendors.
?High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
?1-2 years? experience in technical telecommunications service coordination and/or telecommunications project management.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and project management software preferred.
?Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
?Detail oriented with professional oral and written communication skills.
?Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
?Personally accountable for achieving results.
?Highest commitment to customer service.
?Valid driver?s license.
