Client Project Manager Echopass

Position Description:
This position will be responsible for the successful management and oversight of client specific projects. In addition, the successful candidate will nurture and grow assigned client relationships through effective communication and follow through. The successful candidate will schedule and coordinate cross functional team meetings, track and report project status and ensure client needs are met. This role is responsible for coordinating efforts with the various Echopass teams and with the assigned clients.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of contact center technologies (e.g. IVR, skills based routing, queues, reporting, SIP, etc.)
Five to 10 years of experience delivering technical solutions to support call center needs
Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement and ability to facilitate cross-organizational cooperation
Responsibilities:
Responsible for tracking multiple projects, communicating priority, coordinating resources to ensure successful project completion
Assisting account team with management of escalations, achieving account goals, negotiations, presentations, and client satisfaction with the Echopass value proposition
Prepare and communicate weekly status reports
Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings
This position will create client action plans with intent to increase satisfaction, level of engagement, reference-ability and overall revenue
Management of additional shared or dedicated client resources many be involved
