Who We Want:
In this role, you will own Bazaarvoice?s client reference program and will be responsible for making it central to the success of our solutions by maximizing relationships with executives in the world?s leading brands. You will be responsible for building and maintaining these relationships, identifying opportunities to share client success stories and references to be used in multiple marketing channels: PR, case studies, events, sales prospects, analyst references and other channels. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects at a time, acting as the central point of control for all client-centered marketing resources.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Client Success Directors and Sales Directors to identify interesting uses of our technology, potential case studies and other newsworthy opportunities
Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from the program, showcasing their expertise and success
Manage a pipeline of client reference opportunities and work with key stakeholders (PR, AR, Marketing, etc.) to ensure projects are completed
Evaluate clients and makes strategic recommendations for the most effective avenues of engagement to share their stories
Lead development and client approval for reference materials, including case studies, awards, media & analyst relations, advertising, sales demos, speaking engagements, logos, quotes, testimonial videos, and presentations
Provide client references for prospects active in the buying cycle
Leverage Salesforce analytics tools to measure program success in achieving sales and marketing objectives
Maintain and continuously improve processes that identify, qualify, and recruit new clients into the program
Lead strategic in and growth of the program, actively managing our inventory of client references
Support the client advisory board efforts
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
BA/BS strongly desired
Minimum of 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably in a software company.
Marketing experience in a SaaS, online marketing or eCommerce firm preferred.
Creative thinker; must be able to understand the value the program can bring and show creative ways to further enhance
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational, analytical, project management and execution skills
Results-oriented; proven ability to provide innovative, high-quality, on-time deliverables within specified budget
Must be terrific at managing senior relationships within global brands
