Client Relations Account Manager MatchCraft

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing assigned clients highly personalized support to ensure they are successful in their use of our platform. You will be working hand-in-hand with senior members of the Client Relations team and partner teams to deliver tangible results and ensure tight cross-functional coordination. You will also have the opportunity to manage high-impact operational initiatives to help take our business to the next level. The ideal candidate will be a customer focused, results oriented, self-motivated individual that is able to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment. Additionally, the candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit to help motivate, embrace, and lead change. The ideal candidate will seek information, webinars, whitepapers, read blogs and stay up to speed on SEM best practices. Applicant should possess the willingness to work hard and desire to persevere through challenges.
Analyze and develop optimization strategies for assigned clients using previously determined benchmarks and KPIs. Report back to the client on a regular basis, identify areas of improvement and collaborate with internal teams such as campaign management and engineering to implement improvements.
Provide hands-on, consultative training and troubleshooting for assigned clients.
Provide an excellent customer experience by anticipating and resolving issues in a manner that exceeds expectations.
Oversee the platform on-boarding process for new clients from kick-off through launch and beyond.
Define, document and improve existing processes and develop best practices.
Proactively develop and implement new processes to help increase operational efficiencies for us and our clients.
Work closely with internal teams to incorporate customer feedback into the product planning and road mapping process.
Provide mentoring and assistance to other team members.
Requirements & Experience:
1-3 years client-facing experience
Hands on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience, specifically
paid search required
A creative problem-solver with excellent analytical skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
High energy, enthusiastic team player that takes initiative
Self-starter with an ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Collaborative and persuasive; able to influence executives and non-executives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for working with people and ability to handle stressful internal and external situations
Experience with clients who sell SEM to SMB's is a plus
Experience with international clients / time zones is a plus
Native-level English required
BA/BS or higher required
