The Client Relations Manager will lead the initiative to develop and implement a company-wide strategy centered on meeting client needs. This role is vital to achieving the Company's goals for increasing client satisfaction, improving client support, services, and product offerings, and maintaining high retention. The CRM will serve as liaison between clients and all Aperio resources available to them including Client Services, Professional Services, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and product development teams.

The Client Relations Manager is someone who can:
--Develop and implement a company-wide strategy centered on meeting client needs
--Analyze existing metrics, customer interviews, and historic trends to develop strategies.
--Plan and implement innovative ways to enhance client satisfaction and meet or exceed their expectations
--Assist teams in developing and implementing goals/objectives aimed at improving and measuring client satisfaction
--Initiate and maintain proactive communications with clients on a consistent basis
--Grow relationships at multiple levels of client organizations (users, decision makers, etc.) by hitting key touch points and prioritizing initiatives.
--Effectively gather and communicate client feedback to appropriate internal staff and follow up to ensure they are being addressed, including:
oservice and support-related issues to Client Services and Professional Services teams
oproduct enhancements/requests/requirements to Product Management and development teams
onew/developing business opportunities and challenges to Sales teams
oother challenges and opportunities to other departments within Aperio
--Identify key accounts in cooperation with Sales teams
--Develop and analyze surveys aimed at clients to gather feedback regarding services and products
--Educate others on client and account management best practices
--Effectively organize and maintain feedback, analysis data, and plans for tracking and trending purposes
--Report on Company and team customer satisfaction goals
--Develop and report on key metrics surrounding client satisfaction.

--High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem resolution skills
--Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
--Inherent ability to influence and gain cooperation of others
--Strong active listening skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping the client solve their business problems
--Ability to engender a feeling of trust in the client
--Solid organizational skills
Requirements:
--BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent
--5 + years client relations and/or account management experience in related industry
--Ability to travel (up to 25%)
