We are currently seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our Client Relations team in King of Prussia, PA. The Client Relations Representative?s primary focus is to ensure client retention, profitability and satisfaction. General responsibilities include new account onboarding, product optimization, assessing problems, resolving escalated issues in a variety of ways using best judgment to ensure client satisfaction, and ensuring account profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Onboarding new accounts.
Optimization and quality assurance of existing product.
Analysis of instant queues, transmission reporting, and job performance.
Working on client projects, including coordination with other departments to ensure high quality and timely completion of projects.
Tracking and maintaining account activity in CRM database (which is primarily Excel but may also include SalesForce).
Special projects as requested.

Education and Qualifications
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years related client relations/account management experience.
