Client Relationship Analyst, Managed Discovery Axiom Legal

Axiom, a new model professional services firm and a revolution in the legal industry, is seeking a Client Relationship Analyst for our Chicago-based Managed Discovery business.

The Client Relationship Analyst will

Work under the direction of the Client Relationship Manager
Compile review metrics and budget information to respond to client inquiries
Assist with preparation of Case Studies
Drive the preparation process of proposals and RFP?s for potential clients
Participate on client calls and provide additional insight and feedback
Be accountable for maintaining and organizing internal and client reporting e.g. Weekly Status Reports and Weekly Client Budget Reports
Perform check-ins with Project Managers to ensure matters are progressing according to plan
Report project developments and progress to corresponding Practice Managers
Assist with the capture and utilization of law firm and client references
Monitor the execution, receipt and proper filing of MSAs and SOWs
