The Client Relationship & Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects including virtual events, webcasts, video white papers, custom websites and other custom projects for ON24's client, IBM. The project coordinator will be responsible for all facets of multiple simultaneous projects: daily client interaction and consultation, managing the project timeline, gathering assets and working with several departments to successfully deliver the project on time, within budget and according to specifications.
This position can be based out of either our New York office or our Charlotte office, or remote on the east coast.
This is a role which requires a highly detail oriented individual, who is comfortable interfacing with clients, and working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Manage the implementation of assigned projects; managing client interactions, timelines & delivery dates, project tasks, risk management and inter-departmental communication.
Own and schedule internal and client facing meetings
Work with internal teams to generate complete project scope documentation and provide the client with the documentation for review and approval.
Create and manage timelines and comprehensive project plans
Track milestones and collaborate with clients using project management applications
Perform a final quality check to confirm project meets spec
Conduct final review and approval with client
Conduct post project meetings
2-3 years project management experience in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Solid understanding of Internet technologies: Flash, HTML, Java, Streaming
Strong communications skills
Knowledge of standard PM methodologies
Strong understanding of webcasting, virtual events, and lead generation
