Client Service Associate Lux Research

Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management consisting of:
o Liaising with clients, including managing inbound requests
o Working with senior-level contacts to understand what products would be useful for them
o Advocating internally based on the clients key areas of interest
o Tracking and maintaining high interaction levels with clients
- Reviewing and providing quality control for client-specific work, assuring client expectations are exceeded
- Proactively providing information to clients to ensure they get the greatest value out of Lux services
- Training clients on the uses of Lux Research services and ensuring they are receiving high worth from the relationship
- Monitoring contractual limitations and commitments, and managing the logistics of executing contracts
- Ensuring client satisfaction resulting in the renewal of Lux Research services
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity about emerging technology and its impact on business and society
- Some cleantech or alternative power/energy experience helpful
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM
- A well-organized, detail-oriented approach to work
- Self-motivation and a commitment to doing things right
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
- A dedication to excellence.
