We are looking for a motivated Client Service Associate to be responsible for the technical support of Advisor Suite software solutions. This position is essential to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through technical mentoring, coaching and consulting services, as well as acting as a client advocate to resolve issues, and to improve process and the application.
POSITION: Client Service Associate
LOCATION: Seattle, WA or Raleigh, NC.
? Respond to and resolve client technical service requests.
? Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary. Ensure clients receive responses to phone/on-line requests within service level response times, as specified per contractual agreements and in service delivery plans.
? Become highly proficient in one or more of our products.
? Become proficient using core support products.
? Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
? Analyze customer's business and technical requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
? Analyze and discuss solutions for client's requirements with regards to 3rd party applications and use of Tamarac's data outside of Tamarac products.
? Provide continuing education to clients on how to effectively use Tamarac in their practices.
? Communicate proactively with clients regarding product and program information, supportability issues, and strategic product plans where appropriate.
? Manage case load with timely and accurate documentation in Tamarac?s internal CRM.
? Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of client support.
? Participate in individual or team projects, as needed, to expand client support offerings.
? College Degree (Finance, Financial Planning, or Accounting degree preferred)
? 1-3 years experience in a financial services atmosphere, specifically the registered advisory, brokerage or financial services industry
? 1 -3 experience supporting software applications, experience with Microsoft CRM a plus
? Ability to deliver quality service and problem solving skills remotely to clients and communicate complicated concepts in a concise and articulate way
? Experience in account management or service and support
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills
? Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
? Must work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
? Must be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and absolutely confidential with all matters
? Intermediate computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
