Client Service Manager or Director SeeControl
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Basic Function:
We are looking for an experienced Client Service Director. This is a hybrid support, sales engineering account management role with revenue management responsibilities.
Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities:
Work with Enterprise Accounts to develop project plans for tailored application build
Develop both company and partner-specific support programs
Demonstrated ability to handling 4-5 Enterprise accounts or 10-20 SMB accounts
Develop partner channel marketing and sales support capabilities (Director role)
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Education or Equivalent: BS/BA. Prefer candidates with sales engineering experience with a Java product or in a Java technical environment.
Salary: Extremely competitive and participation in both bonus and commission plans.
Ability to work under aggressive deadlines in an emerging company environment.
