Client Service Representative Cypress Care
The Client Service Representative role is designed to maximize Healthcare Solutions? revenue through client satisfaction and retention, program optimization and new product expansion. The primary role of this position is to provide account management support to both internal and external clients; OR to serve as the primary relationship owner and channel of all messaging to and from to assigned client base for Healthcare Solutions.
Success will be measured according to the financial, operational and relationship outcomes against Business Plans.
? Provide account management support to operations, sales and account management team; resolve issues and identify process improvement opportunities
? Develop and execute account plans incorporating financial, operational and relationship objectives
? Collaborate with sales team(s) and other internal business partners to drive additional product opportunities
? Serve as client advocate and primary or secondary point of contact on accounts
? Generate utilization and savings reports
? Collaborate in account plan and stewardship development
? Provide Account Management leadership monthly visibility into key activities and drivers impacting revenue and profitability
? Memorialize all client related interactions (i.e., meeting agenda, minutes, project plans, etc.)
? Maintain regular communication with internal and external clients to solidify partnerships
? Manage client expectations, service commitments and anticipate needs
? Provide data management and clean up
? Participate in presentations/trainings to prospects, internal and external clients
? Manage travel and entertainment expenses for self within assigned budget
? Participate in industry conferences
? Undertake all other reasonable duties as required by the Executive Team.

? Bachelors degree preferred; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience
? 2 + years of equivalent work history in workers compensation/auto claims, commercial insurance, managed care, risk management or healthcare
? 3+ years of Client Service Representative experience a plus.
