Responsible for creating and maintaining materials related to the sales file throughout customer sales cycle.
Assist Client Managers and Business Development Representatives in sales support tasks.
Assist Regional Account Managers, Business Development Representatives and Client Managers by generating quotes, processing purchase orders, managing shipments and collateral fulfillment.
Compile and analyze data to support sales staff in new customer and current client service.
Maintain an accurate sales database (Oracle E-Business).
Implement best practices and standardization.
Provide support to sales campaigns.
Customer focus (internal and external).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines.

Commitment to task.
Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Previous customer service, office manager or data entry experience.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Oracle preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
