DESCRIPTION
The Client Services Account Coordinator is primarily responsible for cultivating client relationships and solving short and long-term problems to help build a foundation for sustained growth and efficiency of the NetSpend/Skylight paycard business. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to think conceptually and solve problems, and a flexible work schedule, with the ability to work some nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service by responding quickly, clearly, and accurately to client questions and requests via telephone, e-mail and our proprietary client portal
Provide a full range of account services; resolve problems and complaints by promptly and professionally gathering essential information and independently determining appropriate steps to satisfactorily resolve issues
Provide regular and comprehensive follow-up to all issues logged by or on behalf of the client
Develop/Maintain a record for each corporate client including relevant users, past issues and resolution efforts, documentation to support account management efforts, and client use of payroll and online wage statement products
Proactively contact client to determine additional organic account growth opportunity and develop action plans to support continued growth
Identify issue trends across client portfolio and formulate strategies to address
Direct inter-departmental discussions to address client, cardholder, or system issues
Leverage existing tools or best practices to improve client self-service opportunities
Perform other work-related tasks and/or projects assigned by management as needed
Skills/Education/Experience:
Bachelor?s degree (preferred) and/or 2-3 years of work experience
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills such that client communication conveys information in a professional manner
Professional and personable demeanor
Must be able to listen, understand, and build strong relationships to promote customer satisfaction
Extremely detailed oriented with excellent time management skills.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be flexible and have an attitude, mindset and capability to adapt to change.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize workload, allocate work effort, and escalate issues efficiently with minimal supervision
Strong MS Office, Internet, and e-mail skills
