Passkey is seeking a Client Services Advisor to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. The primary objective of this position is to provide front line support to licensed customers with specific focus on the hospitality segment. Successful candidates for this role are knowledgeable of group housing processes and have an understanding of hotel sales, catering, and convention services operations.We are seeking a candidate that is passionate about the meetings and event industry and is enthusiastic in their support of that industry. The right candidate possesses strong service and support skills and understands the importance of making sure the customer is 100% satisfied after every contact.
Responsibilities include:
Provide front line assistance via phone, email, twitter and Salesforce.com to Passkey customers
Focus on increased feature adoption through proactive communication
Identify customer training needs and analyze trends in customer issues
Train new and current customers on software and new releases
Assist with new product user testing and provide feedback
Participate in rotating coverage of after-hours emergency support
Skills:
Strong organizational & problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Strong customer and associate relation skills
Effective decision making skills
Ability to influence others
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience managing group reservations for meetings and events for either a hotel or a meeting management company
Articulate and professional with an enthusiastic attitude and focus on service
High comfort level with internet based software and Microsoft products including Word and Excel
Proficient with social networking tools (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
The performance criteria for success in this position are:
High customer satisfaction survey scores
Increased growth in feature usage
Increased customer adoption
Increased reference-able customers
