PPS is seeking a Client Services Associate who will build and maintain outstanding relationships with our clients, as well as assist all internal staff members in obtaining and verifying any necessary information needed to successfully and efficiently process claims.
In this role, you will:
Serve as direct liaison for PPS clients regarding all daily claim payment matters and inquiries.
Work closely with internal staff/departments and respond to claim payment related inquiries
Process client cancellation and adjustment requests
Research status of outstanding payments and expedite the processing of priority payments per client?s request.
Monitor turnaround to ensure timely processing of payments.
Send Welcome/Introduction Letters and set up new clients reports
Provide assistance to Sales/Marketing as requested
Assist Finance with outstanding fees due from clients
Set-up subscription of reports for clients
Ensure clients are serviced in utmost professional manner as well as building and maintaining exceptional relationships with client contacts
Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to PPS standards regarding privacy
Associates degree or equivalent experience
2? 4 years of medical claims experience or customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
