Description
This is a permanent position for a part-time Client Services Coordinator who will be mainly responsible for tracking electronic inquiries from the moment received all the way through the final resolution and follow-up. Candidates should have professional communication skills, as this position will require interfacing with the client customer service teams by phone and email. The coordinator should be a self-started and able to work independently. This individual will be working in a team environment in which training is provided.
Responsibilities
Ability to identify and report trends and reoccurring customer service issues to manager
Demonstrate effective time management skills in order to handle a high volume of tickets
Daily monitoring, researching and managing of electronic inquiry tickets
Track and resolve inquiries in a timely manner, including follow-up to ensure final resolution is as expected
Update and manage internal customer service reporting on a daily and weekly basis
Help prepare customer service documents and resources for clients
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Quick learner and capable of adapting to internal systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude
Well-organized and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Education Required
Associates degree required
1+ year of related customer service experience
