Global Managing Director, SaaS Platforms
The Client Services Director will lead the management of our US SaaS Platform clients. Primarily responsible for driving client strategy and growth, this position requires a seasoned Client Services professional, with strong digital experience. The right candidate must be enthusiastic, pro-active, detail-oriented, and a hardworking professional able to work well in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
As the Client Services Director will be dealing with all levels of clients, they should be comfortable both working with C-Level contacts, as well as day to day operations teams. They should possess process management and multitasking abilities. He/she should be a team player, with creativity and a can-do attitude. They should have the ability to instill high morale, function equally well independently and as part of a team, as well as the ability to adapt to a changing environment
Support clients to generate maximum revenue through improved adoption of SaaS Platforms
Develop strong client relations through regular face to face and phone meetings
Manage C-level relationships
Oversee campaign and website builds, drawing on team?s resources to fulfill.
Liaise with Tech ops, BD and campaign managers to deliver client success
Collaborate with clients to research new opportunities.
Analyze data and report key findings and recommendations to clients at weekly/monthly meetings.
Lead and manage QBRs for key clients
Represent client needs internally for Product improvements
Minimum 7 years client management experience
Ideally 4+ years Digital client management experience
In-depth understanding of Internet marketing practices
Project Management experience
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
Familiarity with content management systems
Experience working with designers and IT staff to develop or maintain websites a plus
Experience working with Search Engine Marketing a plus
Superior organizational and analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Keen attention to detail and consistent ability to meet deadlines
Focus on client service and satisfaction
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
