Client Services Engineer Lumeta

The CSE is responsible for working with clients and potential clients in support of the company. The CSE helps to articulate the technical and business value of Lumeta?s suite of software products. The CSE will assess the potential application of Lumeta?s products and/or services to meet specific customer needs. CSE will present high-level network analysis to all levels of upper management (e.g. CISO, CSO, CIO), based on the results of service engagements and manage all post-sales technical engineering requirements. The CSE is responsible for working with clients to utilize Lumeta?s software packages to provide detailed analysis of their global networks. CSEs will also provide technical training to clients and partners and will interface with internal product development to communicate customer feedback into future product developments.Primary responsibilities for this position include:
Perform presentations and follow-up with prospective customers
Assess the client?s needs and uncover requirements for the Lumeta solution
Respond to, and aid in the generation of, client proposals
Work with clients to ensure continued client success with Lumeta products
Work with clients to execute on service engagements sold via Lumeta sales team
Assess the needs and uncover additional requirements for the Lumeta solution from existing client base
Analyze results of client engagements, and create detailed deliverables
Provide Tier 1 support and be primary technical point of contact for existing clients
Other duties as assigned
The following qualifications are required for this position:
BA/BS Degree and 5 years of relevant experience
Pre-Sales experience with a software company
Knowledge of technical concepts such as application servers, networking, storage solutions, and CCNA or equivalent experience
Ability to be processed for a security clearance
It would be preferable for the applicant to be based in our Somerset NJ location
Ability to Travel approximately 30-40%
