Purpose of the role:
The Client Services Executive (CSE) provides total client management for clients including; providing strategic guidance on Effective Staffing practices, identifying client goals, and developing strategies and processes that will support optimal use of the software.
Accountabilities and Activities
Establish effective client relationships amongst executives, managers, and staff from launch of engagement through system adoption/maximization periods.
Work closely in an advisory capacity with the client executive leadership team
Assess strengths and vulnerabilities of existing operational processes and practices; recommending software system configuration to maximize operational benefits
Facilitate strategic decision making related to incentive approach; facilitate problem solving related to the use of the software system and corollary policies and practices
Balance multiple customer implementations simultaneously; provide continued strategic support through working with the client services manager on client-specific recommendations
Support on-going client evaluation of goal achievement and strategy revisions
Lead strategic design process necessary to implement the Concerro product for hospital clients
Provide monthly status reports to all assigned clients with assistance from Services Analyst
Customize and deliver training to the nurse/healthcare leaders
Lead system workgroups related to incorporation of Concerro system use
Identify new function and feature ideas as input into the evolution of the product
Introduce new/enhanced system functionality
Support sales presentations and represent Concerro at trade shows
Participate in internal committees to represent Services team
Develop strategic planning management tools and resources as needed
Support in orientation of new team members
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of multi-site management experience
Undergraduate degree
Minimum 5+ years of Hospital/ Healthcare consulting experience
Minimum 3+ years of Hospital staffing/ Nurse Management experience
Minimum 2+ years in a traveling position (>50)
Expert computer user for a variety of applications including Microsoft Office
Strong consulting, systems implementation, process improvement, support and training
Highly desired/ preferred attributes:
-2 years Healthcare software implementation, support and training
RN licensure, or other clinical experience
Strong group facilitation and process improvement skills
Strong working knowledge of hospital/nursing operations
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of healthcare staffing/scheduling systems
Strong working knowledge of internet based systems
Service provider experience.
