The Everyday Health Hospital Solutions team was formed to specifically cater to the unique advertising and marketing services needs of our hospital clients. The Hospital Solutions team is a quickly growing division of Everyday Health; therefore the candidate can expect a fast paced, high volume workday. The Hospital Solutions team is part of the Everyday Health Local division, which works primarily with local advertisers across the country such as Hospitals and Health Systems.
Everyday Health Hospital Solutions is seeking a Client Services Manager to support and manage the client relationship through planning, acquisition and retention for our hospital clients. You will work closely with both internal and external clients across Everyday Health and our hospital & agency client base. The Client Services Manager is responsible for:
Developing & planning strategic media campaigns and supporting collateral for our sales team
Work closely with the sales team to create plans that maximize revenue opportunities
Assure that current and potential clients receive the highest level of support, including regular reporting metrics, touch-base calls, and courteous, professional communications
This is a role that will suit someone from a media planner/buyer, marketing and/or account management background, but prior experience in the industry is not required. The optimal candidate has media and online advertising experience with strategic, project management and base analytical skills. The desire to work in a creative and data driven environment with a high performance team in a fast-growing company is essential.
An individual with great PowerPoint and Excel skills, the ability to synthesize multi-layered data, and the capability to communicate strategy and results will thrive in this position. This job requires attention to detail, excellent time management and the ability to think critically and problem solve quickly and effectively.
What you will do:
Develop focused, insightful strategies to effectively/efficiently execute tactical plans with client goals in mind through the full RFP process
Point of contact for all client interaction, strategize with clients, sales & trafficking on campaign performance and optimizations
Point of contact for Sales for reporting, optimizations, and general campaign questions
Report on 3rd party tracking and reporting (DFA, Atlas, PointRoll, MediaMind, etc.)
Manage the receipt of creative input and materials from clients; submit creative tags from clients to traffickers
Collaborate with the Trafficking team to reach revenue and client goals
Maintain client approvals / documentations in SalesForce; handle revised Insertion Orders
Work with the Finance team on billing reconciliation
Create case studies at the end of every campaign with performance reviews and analyses
Present key learnings to sales and planners for renewal
Have fun bonding with an amazing team
Four (4) year college or university degree in marketing or related field
Demonstrated experience in and enthusiasm for agency, publishing or media industry
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce skills
2+ years experience in market research with strong client-facing expertise preferred
Demonstrated analytical skills and passion for analyzing data, products, companies and market trends, dynamics
Excellent written and oral communication skills with outstanding presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
Understanding of competitive landscape of interactive advertising and media networks
Knowledge of media planning/buying and experience supporting a direct sales organization highly regarded
Develop sound strategic frameworks, make recommendations and demonstrate thought leadership
