Job Description
This is a high-profile opportunity to join our Client Services department where you will be responsible for managing and further developing relationships with our expansive portfolio of clients. You will manage daily client communication, coordinate campaign workflow cross departmentally, strive to expand our service offerings to existing clients via up-selling and education, ensure client retention by exhibiting excellent customer service, responsiveness and insight, and provide campaign updates and reporting to clients as needed.
Job Requirements
2-4 years of digital media experience in a client facing role
Strong knowledge of typical campaign metrics and goals: CTR, CPA and other media metrics
Experience managing client communication and expectations in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Strong MS office skills
Experience with 3rd party reporting a plus
Experience working in Salesforce a plus
Experience working at a publisher, network or agency a plus
Ability to work independently
Must have experience working in a satellite office or remote location
