Client Services Manager NeoSaej
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven, and detail oriented Client Services Manager to join our team in Burlington, MA. You will be part of the Client Services team that is responsible for on-boarding, training and managing our personal finance partners. You?ll be responsible for managing and nurturing a select set of clients which requires a unique balance of both hands-on system configuration as well as excellent client-management skills. You must be comfortable interfacing with Director and VP level management at our financial services clients ? banks and credit unions.Compensation consists of a base salary, equity, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities include the following:
Hands on setup and maintenance of our patented platform for financial institutions.
Hands on setup and maintenance of our patented platform for financial institutions.
Be the primary interface to banks and credit unions for communicating new product features, soliciting feedback, and troubleshooting issues.
Work closely with technical operations and product management to define processes, prioritize product features and participate in acceptance testing.
Help manage as well as lead cross-functional projects involving multiple organizations.
Analyze data and make business recommendations based on the analysis. Drive requirements for reporting and data analysis.
Qualified candidates will have the following characteristics:
Must have demonstrated the ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion, make good decisions under time constraints, and have the highest quality standards for their own work.
Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and switch context among multiple projects.
Comfort and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with senior management at financial institutions.
Prior experience with system setup and configuration using web interfaces is a must.
Excellent quantitative skills (must be comfortable with using and learning advanced Excel features).
Experience and skills required:
Bachelor's degree; recent college grads welcome
1 - 2 years of related work experience desired; entry level considered
Excellent internet navigation skills
Basic HTML skills; familiarity with XML
Excellent MS Office Suite skills; primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM applications; Salesforce experience preferred
