Client Services Manager: Enterprise Financial Services Clients Visible Technologies

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide consultative and technical support to our Enterprise financial services clients through:
Managing the implementation and support of client solutions
Facilitating timely high quality deliverables on client projects
Ensuring the client is getting the right value in the technology, products and deliverables
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand a client?s social media program goals within the financial services realm from BOTH a research and consumer engagement perspective to ensure successful implementation and ongoing value from their purchased Visible products and services offerings
Act as a trusted advisor of the client as a financial services expert in Social Media to leverage client application of the data as a monitoring, measurement, insight and engagement tool
Serve as a main point of contact for day-to-day user questions or problems and ensure client?s needs are handled promptly
Ensure proper escalations of client complaints or questions
Provide product training to account users
Coordinate client projects, deliverables, and manage to high quality and value
Qualifications / Skills:
A minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services sector
Expertise in client services, pre-sales, or solution development roles
Working experience and deep knowledge of financial services and credit card business
Proven work experience with Social / Traditional Research Methodologies and Consumer Engagement practices that are used in the financial services industry
Excellent written, verbal and diplomatic skills
Unparalleled relationship building skills in the Financial Services industry with a consultative approach required
Solid time management skills, with a strong ability to multi-task and create and manage project plans
The successful candidate needs to have a Laser focus for detail and also needs to possess a sense of urgency and an ability to dive right in, with guidance and support, when available.
Experience in social media sites (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, blogs, forums, etc.)
Demonstrate expertise on underlying technology of social data discovery and collection methods
Advise clients on using Visible products and services for social media best practices and use-case scenarios (how other companies use social to make business decisions)
Be able to lead client application training and answer how-to questions
Proficiency in windows-based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly professional verbal, face-to-face and written communication
