Client Services Manager - Hamburg Client Services | Hamburg, Germany Marin Software is experiencing tremendous business growth and is seeking to add an outstanding individual with strong prior experience working within a client services organization as a Client Services Manager, an integral part of an Account Management team that manages both client retention and growth through proactive strategic recommendations and rapid response to client issues or questions. Responsibilities
The Client Services Manager acts as both a strategic advisor and tactical responder to clients using Marin to manage their online media spend
Provide the client with detailed analysis and recommendations on SEM and Display optimization based on strategic business goals defined by the Account Management team
Become an expert on the Marin platform, able to speak to and show the benefits of the platform in both a training environment and in an ad hoc scenario.
Communicate effectively with a client through email, CRM and ticketing systems, or over the phone from Marin Software's Hamburg office
Work directly with Marin Operations, Marin Product Management, Marin Business Analysts, Account Managers, and Senior Search Managers to ensure that the client's strategic and tactical needs are resolved effectively.
Escalate client product requirements through the Director of Client Services and the Product Management team.
Requirements
5 years experience in Paid Search Management is required. Additional Search Engine Optimization or display campaign management is desirable
2 years experience in direct client management role is required
Outstanding Excel data management including expertise in organizing data for analysis, pivot table building, chart construction
Excellent pattern and trend recognition using Excel-based tools to aggregate large amounts of data
Understanding of online media metrics and their impact on client campaigns
Must be familiar with ad serving systems and tracking technologies
Extensive Experience in building and presenting detailed analyses to decision makers
Excellent interpersonal skills are critical
Must be fluent in German and English
Writing sample and presentation sample required
