Everyday Health is seeking an experienced Client Services /Digital Account Manager for our growing team. This person will be the primary post-sales point of contact for our advertisers, and s/he will work closely with Sales Planning and Ad Operations to ensure that our clients? advertising campaigns are delivered and optimized in full
Point of contact for all client interaction
Report on 3rd party tracking and reporting (DFA, Atlas, PointRoll, MediaMind, etc.)
Strategizing with clients on campaign performance and optimizations
Point of contact for Sales for reporting, optimizations, and general campaign questions
Manage the receipt of creative input and materials from clients; submit creative tags from clients to traffickers
Collaborate with the Trafficking team to reach revenue and client goals
Maintain client approvals / documentations in SalesForce; handle revised Insertion Orders
Work with the Finance team on billing reconciliation
Work with custom solution, sales, marketing, research to optimize campaigns
Create case studies (quarterly & wrap up), performance reviews and analyses
Present key learnings to clients, sales and sales planners for renewals
1-2 years working within digital media, ad operations and or client services
Experience with multiple ad serving platforms: DART (DFA/DFP, 3rd Party vendor: Atlas, MediaMind and or Pointroll) is preferred.
Working knowledge of SalesForce
Constantly drives for results, knows how to set objectives and break work down into steps, knows how to organize and measure people and activities and manages project interdependencies
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and the ability to influence others
Online publishing experienced required
