Client Services Manager WaterSmart
WaterSmart seeks a Client Services Manager who will oversee all aspects of deploying WaterSmart?s leading SaaS solution for water conservation and customer engagement. Manager must have superior interpersonal skills and the ability to form and maintain lasting professional relationships.
What You Will Do:
Be a utility client?s main point of contact for WaterSmart Software.
Partner with clients to become a trusted advisor helping to inform and educate them about appropriate WaterSmart products and services.
Coordinate program implementation by partnering with utility staff and WaterSmart?s product and engineering staff.
Ensure that deployment issues are resolved flawlessly in a timely manner.
Iterate and optimize utility programs to drive customer success. Manage utility programs from day one ensuring all ongoing customer-service, technical, and other support is delivered effectively and up to WaterSmart standards of excellence.
Manage multiple client programs and projects simultaneously.
Listen to customer needs and provide feedback to the product management team.
Travel one or two times per month to visit clients for regular meetings.
What You Possess:
BS or BA in Business, Environmental Policy or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of professional experience required in managing client relationships, such as in account management, management consulting and public relations.
Experience managing multiple, high-priority projects at the same time.
Understanding of how to build and leverage strong business relationships.
Friendly, outgoing, flexible and focused personality.
Comfort with analytical and quantitative approaches.
Attention to detail
Ability to motivate others and an uncanny ability to 'get things done.'
Strong project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced consulting, services or technology-related environment; previous start-up and/or SaaS experience is ideal.
