JOB SUMMARY
Specifically, the Client Services Program Manager will work alongside a newer unified collaborative team that is responsible for delivering best in class client services to the large strategic. The position is a highly visible role and will be focused on program execution and results. The role is also an integral part of our strategic plan to service and grow our relationship with the strategic and the candidate selected will be extremely organized, process driven, analytical, creative, self-motivated and diligent all while working in a rapidly growing entrepreneurial environment. As such, this position will also work closely with the marketing, operations and technology departments to ensure proper implementation of RecycleBank?s products and services with the strategic.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proven track record of delivering client services through implementation of effective best practices in account/program management
Experience working at a senior level client facing position leading a fast moving function and team
Exceptional people management skills with experience leading, coaching and developing resources
Strong program management and client relationship skills.
Extremely organized, punctual and focused with an ability to demonstrate superior time management skills in prioritizing and addressing multiple tasks.
First class communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Projects experience very helpful).
Salesforce.com experience is required
Entrepreneurially inclined and desire to work in a rapid growth environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
5+ years of managerial experience with a focus on delivering high quality client services while working within an account management structure and client facing
Marketing support experience preferred but not required.
College graduate, MBA preferred.
