CheckPoint HR is currently seeking full time Client Services Representatives (HR and Payroll Product Support) to join our Florida team.
Full-time hours are 40 hours per week. Hours of operation are 8:30 am ? 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
As a Client Services Representative your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service and product support to our clients in order to maintain client satisfaction. You will utilize various technologies and problem-solving skills to help our clients maximize their use of our industry-leading HRMS system. As a member of the Client Services team, you will strengthen your issue resolution skills and work in conjunction with other departments to assist clients efficiently.
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum three (3) years experience with client support in a technically oriented business environment
Minimum of two (2) years of payroll experience
Strong customer service or client management skills
Proactive approach to customer satisfaction
Service environment experience required
Basic knowledge of payroll tax
