Client Services Representative CheckPoint HR
Overview:

CheckPoint HR is currently seeking a Client Services Representatives (HR and Payroll Product Support) to join our Florida team. Client Services Representatives resolve/address questions or issues for clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Representative your responsibilities will be to provide assistance and support to clients in order to maintain client satisfaction, product education, and retention. You will utilize a CRM application to track and manage all client calls and activity on a daily basis. Within the Client Services Representative role you will strengthen and utilize issue resolution skills and work in conjunction with other departments to assist clients in an efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum three (3) years experience with client support in a technically oriented business environment
Minimum of two (2) years of payroll experience
Strong customer service or client management skills
Proactive approach to customer satisfaction
Service environment experience required
Basic knowledge of payroll tax
