Position Overview: Makes a difference in the lives of people living with Diabetes by maintaining excellent customer service relations with clients
JOB / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
? Creating and maintaining customer service relations with clients by performing the following duties:
o Process orders via telephone, mail, email and face to face interactions with clients
o Informs client of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional customer inquiries
o Receives and responds to customer complaints/concerns
o Corresponds with various other departments to ensure customer service expectations are exceeded
o Responsible for maintaining satisfactory call counts and order counts
o Performs several daily administrative duties such as first order calls, order confirmation calls, etc.
o Performs meter triages/troubleshooting for client?s.

? High School Diploma/GED
? College degree a plus
? Customer service experience

? Ability to read/ interpret documents

? Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements
? Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
? Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator and computer keyboard.
