Client Services Specialist, Digital Agency Internet Broadcasting Systems
Client Services Specialists provide day-to-day support and project management of digital campaign production for media publisher account executives and coordinators. Each Client Services Specialist works closely with a defined group of TV stations, newspapers or other media publishers, and is responsible for all aspects of post-sale implementation of digital advertising campaigns for Internet Broadcasting Digital Agency customers. They work closely with external and internal production teams to produce and execute campaigns as agreed upon in the contract and in accordance with specific deadlines
Proactively maintains and cultivates a high level of customer service by developing relationships with internal/external clients.
Works directly with TV station, newspaper sales staff and management on the implementation of sales packages and programs once they have been sold.
Reviews and processes Insertion Order and Production Order forms from stations, ensuring that customer needs are met and that information is communicated clearly and effectively.
Coordinates production tasks throughout internal departments, primarily the creative services and programming departments. Ensure all details of campaigns are executed.
Works with TV station, newspaper and sales management staff and/or clients to collect required campaign elements, obtain client approval and clarify revisions.
Sets expectations on delivery and assist in resolving problems for both production and sales.
Provides accurate and timely answers to internal/external client queries. Fast-acting problem solver.
Qualifications & Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Required:
B.A. in Advertising, Communications, English, Marketing or related field preferred
TV/Digital sales/marketing experience strongly preferred.
1-2 years sales/support experience working with a group, including upper management.
Must be proficient (intermediate to advanced) in Microsoft Office 2003 or later applications.
Creative thinker who can quickly develop innovative ideas across a wide variety of business areas.
Outstanding relationship building skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external clients is critical.
Must have good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to a variety of audiences.
Skill in organizing and prioritizing of work, and following assignments through to completion with little or no supervision.
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment with frequent interruptions.
Must be well organized with a high attention to detail.
Ability to develop strong interpersonal/professional relationships.
Self-starter with the ability to collaborate in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently.
Ability to coordinate with other departments (Business Development, Design, Sales, Technical) to complete projects within deadlines and with a realistic sense of urgency.
Strong knowledge and familiarity with the Web and digital advertising.
Job requires working on a personal computer for extended periods of time, an average of 7 hours per day.
Job requires frequent communication via telephone and email.
Job requires ability to work occasionally on evenings and weekends, as necessary to meet project deadlines.
