Streetline is actively seeking a Client Services Specialist who is an accomplished ?generalist? with a cross-functional background.As featured in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Wired, and Fast Company, Streetline is changing the world?one parking space at a time. Streetline aims to make Smart Cities a reality through the use of sensor-enabled mobile and web applications.
The Client Services Specialist supports the Streetline Client Services Team. The Client Services Team is a critical function, responsible for managing relationships with clients and ensuring their continued success. The position is ideal for someone who wants to join a leading edge startup, after having done a few years at a consulting firm.
Responsibilities
Generate management reports (both internal and customer facing)
Track and drive resolution of issues
Data aggregation and analysis
Development of process flows
Interface with multiple teams to ensure on time delivery of action items
Assistance with proposal writing
General support to the Client Services Team
Requirements
Highly adept at Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated technical aptitude/knowledge
Excellent client facing and communication skills
Very strong writing skills
Methodical with very strong attention to detail
Able to work with minimal supervision
Able to excel in a highly-dynamic, fluid environment
Bachelors or higher (preferably science major, but not essential)
Preferred Experience/Education
2-3 years consulting experience at a ?big 4? or other professional services firm. Target level/grade ? Consultant/Senior Consultant
Proposal writing experience
Basic financial modeling
Experience of working with public sector clients
Location
Streetline is based in Foster City. Some travel may be required, but is not expected to be very significant.
