Department Overview
The goal of JiWires Client Services Department is to provide top customer service to all of our advertisers/agencies and ensure that all campaigns launch and complete on time, provide great results, and create/maintain relationships with customers to bring in repeat business.
Position Summary
JiWire is currently seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our media sales team in New York City or San Francisco. You will be responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary support for all post-sale efforts. You will be the liaison between our clients and all internal teams managing multiple campaigns from start to finish with efficiency and professionalism. Day to day activities include working closely with sales reps to ensure each campaign is reaching its objectives, reviewing production and pacing reports, proactively identifying anything that is noteworthy, problematic, positive, opportunistic, etc. and working with your sales rep to make sure customer is aware and appreciative of our strong customer support.
Responsibilities
Includes, but is not limited to:
Working with the sales reps around the 75 probability stage of the sales process to get ready to own part of the deal
Kick off calls
Retrieving/accepting creative and making sure it complies with JiWire product specs
Launching campaign w Ad/Ops and making sure it delivers and performs to the objectives of the campaign
Regular reporting to customer showing delivery and performance periodically throughout the flight
Offering insights when you identify unique, valuable and/or interesting points related to the deal, the audience, etc.
Troubleshooting issues that arise at any time during the process
Meeting and establishing relationships with our customers as directed by the sales reps.
Working with other departments within JiWire to make sure campaigns are on track at all steps in the post sales process- Ad ops and engineering will be important relationships
Help sales reps input data into 3rd party proposal systems like Atlas and Mediavisor.
Build processes, policies and tools to operationalize the post sale entity and constantly improve its efficiency and scale.
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years digital media experience in a marketing or strategic role with an agency, marketer or media vendor.
Ability to review campaign reporting and make strategic optimizations to reach/improve campaign goals.
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and creating solutions
Outstanding people skills. Strong in-person, written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and analytic skills
Self motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others
Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines
Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent self-management skills
Desired:
Proficient in DART/Atlas/MediaMind and other ad-server/ad-reporting software
Bachelors degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business.
