Marin Software was founded in April 2006 by experienced search marketers and enterprise software experts. Our mission is to deliver the leading paid search management application to advertisers and agencies. Marin Search Marketer is a browser-based, software-as-a-service offering. Our software addresses the workflow, analysis and optimization needs of professional search marketers, helping them to save time and improve financial performance.
Marins clients include Razorfish, Zappos and ZipRealty, as well as leading performance marketers. Marin is backed by Benchmark Capital and Amicus Capital.
Marins Client Services organization is responsible for on-boarding of client prospects as well as ongoing customer support. Marin continues to build out its Client Services organization to support substantial customer growth. Our current needs are for individuals with technical skills and search marketing industry skills to be applied in on boarding and supporting Marins customers.
Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for providing high-level technical support for the Client Services team and clientele. This position heavily utilizes Excel, so knowledge of Excel formulas and the Macro language is mandatory. Additionally, we are looking for the following qualifications:
Microsoft Word/PowerPoint
Familiarity of website URLs, URL Encoding, and parameter passing
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Additional Relevant Experience (Not Required but a Plus)
Search Marketing (Running PPC Campaigns in Google, MSN, and Yahoo)
Website analytics tools
Relational databases/SQL queries (MySQL)
