The Client Services Support Specialist, Virtual Events position is a part-time position who is responsible for the setup, execution, and coordination of virtual event elements. This is a role which requires a highly detail-oriented individual who is capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This is a part-time role (15-30 hours/week) based out of our Charlotte, NC office.
Work with Virtual Event Managers to coordinate the delivery of key virtual event related elements
Use 2 ON24 proprietary platforms and an assortment of other software applications to setup / build virtual event and webcast components such as web pages, emails, archives, virtual event booths, content, surveys, and other related web assets
Perform virtual event related tasks, such as: answering audience member inquiries, booth design updating, custom reports generation and data input
Work in a client facing capacity to provide client platform trainings as well as live virtual event audience support ?Perform other virtual event related activities as necessary
Previous work experience in a deadline driven environment
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Flash, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to complete assigned projects within the specified timeline

Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Interest in learning about virtual events technologies and services
Flexibility with shift schedules
