The Client Services Support Specialist assists with the setup, execution, and coordination of webcasts. This is a role which requires a highly detail oriented individual who is capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 10 hrs/week based out of our Charlotte, NC office.
Use the ON24 proprietary platform and other software applications to setup and build webcast components such as web pages, emails, archives, and CD copies of webcasts.
Perform webcast related tasks, such as: conference bridge scheduling, work order processing, and data input.
Work in a client facing capacity to provide live webcast monitoring and speaker training.
Perform other webcast related activities as necessary.
Previous work experience in a deadline driven environment.
Strong computer skills (PC) and basic knowledge of HTML
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop or similar image editor.
Excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to complete assigned projects within the specified timeline.

Interest in learning about webcasting technologies and services
