We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Client Services Vice President (CSVP). This position can be a virtual office as long as you are located within the continental United States (exception if you are location in Atlanta).
PRINCIPLE PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Client Services Vice President (CSVP) serves as the primary client contact to facilitate and navigate complex client relationships to sustain and build upon the iHT value proposition. The CSVP will also focus on delivering exceptional service and position the company and the iHT brand for future growth. The CSVP provides strategic and team leadership to all internal resources within the client team.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Responsibilities
Think and plan strategically and search for opportunities to enhance our value proposition.
Determine performance gaps and ensure that development and discipline exists to close those gaps.
Ensure the development of robust client specific 24 month plans that will protect and enhance our position with our clients.
Interface with all functional departments within the organization with emphasis on client points of contact.
Manage complex client relationships with multiple levels of decision making
Drive team effectiveness to ensure optimal results
Lead process improvements internally in order to enhance team work, quality and client satisfaction and retention.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strategy development for complex relationships with multiple decision makers
Able to solve complex problems
Strong Process and Project Management skills
Strong technical/analytical expertise
Healthcare experience (operations / services / consultant org)
Knowledge of payer organizations and health payment systems
Management experience in client service organizations
Successful track record with complex client relationships
Ability to interpret client environment and translate into the iHT environment
Experience dealing with various levels of internal/external management including; clinical, operations and executive management.
Contract management or similar experience with combination of health care data/medical economics content
Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s degree
7-10 years of health plan or payer consulting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
JOB DEMANDS:
Moderate travel required
Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
KEY CONSTITUENTS:
This position has no direct reports.
This is a full time, permanent position and cannot support Visa sponsorship.
