The Webcast Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day operations of the full-service webcasting business, including webcast monitoring, project management assignment, billing reconciliation and assistance in vendor management.
Reports to: Director, Webcasting Operations
Assign incoming projects to team members based on client needs and employee availability
Manage ON24 relationship with various vendors related to webcasting
Be primary resource for webcast managers who need event scheduling assistance
Manage and maintain database of operational procedures
Works as liaison between finance and operational team and help ensure all billing is done correctly and on time
Work with Account Managers and Sales as needed to assist Webcast Managers
Run various reports in SFDC on an regular basis for use by Senior Management
Build strong and productive working relationships with both clients and teammates
Ability to monitor live webcast events as needed, thus comfortable working with clients and streaming media technology
Professional experience with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Working knowledge of salesforce.com or similar CRM database
Proactive approach to quality control and improvement
Excellent organizational, planning, management and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to complete assigned projects within the needed deadline
Adapts to changes in the work environment and able to deal with delays or unexpected roadblocks
Accepts responsibility for own actions and follow through on commitments even under tight deadlines
