The Client Solutions Consultant must be committed to customer engagement and success as the main ?go-to? interface to the customer for the ScaleFunder platform. The ScaleFunder platform is used by multiple top-tier educational and nonprofit institutions, and is the top crowdfunding platform in higher education.
The Client Solutions Consultant must have the ability to perform customer training on the platform, launch strategies, and be a bridge between the client and ScaleFunder team on designing the client?s individual website.
? Guarantees satisfaction and value for our customers as well as uncovering opportunities to provide better support to customers in the future.
? Provides thorough, reliable and timely assistance to new and existing clients
? Adheres to business processes and guidelines for customer order assignment
? Ownership of customer setup providing the highest level of customer service throughout the end-to-end life cycle
? Transitioning new users into ScaleFunder via phone calls and/or video chat
? Manage relationship with our existing customers to increase customer retention
? Creating and writing support documentation and recording support videos
? Technical ability to automate much of the customer support backend
? Educating/training the internal and external customer base of our various features & best practices
QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Licenses/Certifications and Work Experience:
? Bachelor?s degree
? Computer skills, including proficiency using the Internet, Microsoft Office applications, & WebEx
? Superior client service skills and focus
? Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills
? Technical understanding, troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills
? Accuracy and detail oriented
? Ability to learn quickly
? Excellent keyboard familiarity and data entry skills
? A real ?go-getter? who takes the initiative to get things done/ Drive to achieve
? Infrequent light physical effort required
? Must be able to work in an environment where the noise level is moderate
? 2+ years? customer relations experience. Experience in higher education development /alumni relations experience a plus.
? Familiarity with Salesforce a plus but not necessary
? Knowledge of HTML/web development a plus but not necessary
