Client Solutions Consultant Utopy

Summary:

We currently have an opportunity available for an individual with the rare combination of broad technical and business skills to fill the role of Client Solutions Consultant. This position combines elements of business operations, project management, and professional services. The Client Solutions Consultant handles the majority of customer collaboration from initial product demonstrations through customized implementation and will be expected to define and deliver client solutions. This position is the main customer service face of UTOPY and candidates must be able to interact and present comfortably with all levels of staff from managers through C-level executives.

Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and find innovative solutions to satisfy those needs in a variety of industries, such as Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Retail, etc.
Serve as project manager for large customer deployments
Configure and install UTOPYs enterprise software solution at large customer sites
Train business users and administrators
Provide technical support to enterprise level customers
Participate as an expert in pre-sales meetings and in presenting solutions to customers
Develop and maintain professional relationships with senior management of large organizations

Requirements:

Ability to interact with senior executives and influence decision-making in Operations, Sales, Marketing and Call Centers
At least two years of experience in programming, maintaining or supporting enterprise software (Outstanding graduates with exceptional technical and communication skills will also be considered)
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Working knowledge of SQL, .Net Framework is preferred
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline from a top US school (On-the-job experience or a Minor in CS or EE will also be considered)
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 30 of the time
